The summer months also mean that the kids are out of school. It is up to you to entertain them, so take them to a park to practice their favourite sports. You will be helping yourself and your children get fit and healthy; a double benefit. Whether its football basketball soccer or tennis your local health club or YMCA probably has a class where you can enrol the young ones they will enjoy being around more kids their age
